TrashHawk Chili Cook-Off
Saturday, November 22nd
Check-in 5-5:30PM; Judging begins at 5:45PM
Cooks must prepare their chili off-site and bring in a crockpot or similar pot to serve - it must be “ready to eat”. Accoutrements are permitted - green onions, cheese, hot sauce, corn chips, sour cream, bread, etc. Please bring enough for 25ish small servings.
Please have an ingredient sheet on hand for food allergy purposes.
TrashHawk will provide cups, spoons, and napkins for service. Please bring your own serving utensils.
Official judging will be on taste. Attendees will also be able to vote for a crowd favorite. Winners will be announced at 6:45pm.
Free to enter! Prizes include house cash and merch. Must be 21 years old to sign up.
