Sweet and savory street food inspired by the streets of New Orleans.  Our name comes from the classic Cajun favorites, Boudin and Beignets that we feature daily.  We rotate other delicious Cajun specialties on our menu, including Po-Boys, Gumbo, blackened shrimp, poutine and crawfish etouffee.
